Goof-Proof Returns

Clear Water Bidets accepts returns on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date. New and unused means the bidet has not been installed, used or altered in any way and remains in a resalable condition. Due to the nature of our business, any products that have been hooked up to water or used in any way are not eligible for return due to Public Health Regulations and Clear Water Bidets’ policy.

Returns must still be in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included or be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Before returning your product, you must obtain an RMA number from us so we know its coming and why. Simply give us a call or send us an email at service@clearwaterbidets.com with your order number and we’ll gladly issue an RMA for qualified returns. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Within the US, returns may be shipped via UPS, Fedex or United States Postal Service with insurance, Clear Water Bidets is not liable for damages incurred during shipment. Our Return Shipping Address will be given when RMA number is issued. Please DO NOT ship returns to our P.O. Box (it’s just not that big of a box!).

International/Canadian returns – to avoid customs and duty fees, we suggest our customers ship products back via their country’s postal service. Please note: any customs, duty, or brokerage fees that are incurred during shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Any fees charged to Clear Water Bidets will be deducted from the customer’s refund amount.

Refunds

Refunds will be given to qualifying returns with a valid RMA number. Please allow 7-10 business days after processing for refund to appear as a credit on your bank statement. A restocking fee of 15% may be applied to returns with missing or damaged parts.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged:

We are sorry for the inconvenience to you and we’ll make it right. We will send a replacement or refund you for your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable.

If you ordered the wrong item, wrong size, or changed your mind:

We will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost) or give you credit towards a different seat, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories, warranty cards, manuals, parts, etc., where applicable, provided your purchase is in “as-new” condition, and the purchased product was not noted as a clearance, close-out or non-returnable item.

Easy Exchanges

Order the wrong size? We might be able to easily supply you with the correct seat and lid at minimal cost.  Video instructions on how to replace a seat and lid are available on YouTube by clicking this highlighted text.  By replacing the seat and lid in your own home, you now have the option of switching back should you move or change your toilet in the future. Clear Water Bidets accepts exchanges on new and unused products within 30 days of shipment date.
